I've messaged bh and Sam now about my account I understand you must have 100s but been waiting days now can you sort my password out for me

We can not change the email address on your account due to security reasons
We also can not access your password as it is encrypted
If we where to create a way to allow users to change email accounts this would cause a whole load of security issues and it is not worth the hassle
I will talk to Sam tomorrow but there is very little we can do. There is a request password on the clients log in page but as you said in the PM the email on the account is wrong.

If you are able to provide BH with the correct DOB, Questions and Answers as well as the incorrect email address that you signed up with, then we can change the email on the account...
Without the above information being correct, then unfortunately there is little we can do.
