Nice for a first try but in my opinion;

°Too big.
°Too dark, although some people do like dark.

I don't think it is. Size is the only bad factor about it ^^

you people seriously need to provide a decent bit of critique, people who cant do graphics themselves fill people full of ****e about their image, if you can do graphics give noobs a hand, otherwise, provide something constructive and that will help them improve.

First off, its not a half bad attempt for a first time whack at photoshop, it is a little daunting at times.

The image lacks a focal point and overall lacks color variation.

try making the guy chewing the toothpick a different, brighter color, it will give people somewhere to look when they see it.

Your background really shouldnt be grey, its swirly etc, and would really look well with a little bit of color, and also its barely visable with some of the skins ( fusion etc).

make it a little smaller, and make your text a little clearer.

Hope this helps m8 :)

I really like that. The design on the left side of it is nice. Maybe abit brighter but depends on your personal taste and cant say much against it tbh.

If you are using Photoshop, Click on Layer1, or Your background layer on the layer pannel down the bottom. Then goto;

Edit > Stroke.

Set it as; Going from top to bottom in order.

1 px
What ever colour you want
Inside
Normal
100% opacity
