My first Try in Signatures

What do you Think of them?? I used Macromedia Fireworks and It's my first ever try in making a 'decent signature' - I don't know much about Fireworks but I'm learning..

They are rubbish but tell me what you think of them please - and what I could add to make them better.

PS] Where can I download really good fonts like in skyline's signature - the bubble writing.

They're not bad for first attempts, but i'd suggest you download Photoshop 7 or CS, they're a lot more user friendly IMO.

As for fonts, try www.1001fonts.com once you've downloaded, open control pannel > fonts and copy > paste the fonts into there, and then they should appear on the drop down list.

i like the 1st ones design, but dont like clour.

Its nice and simple, which i like simplicity, but the text could do with lookin better, with some sort of efects or summin.

Thats why I asked where I could get good fonts ^^ atm I just have plain normal fonts.

Skylines font in his Sig is called "Bitsumishi" i should kno i put it there lol

but all it is, is a font with Effects added to it =\

Get Photoshop 7 or CS.

Do ur sig.

get a text u like....there all normal fonts btw.

Type ur text

On the layers panel on right, rightclick the text layer, then to blending options.

And play around with the blending options.

Try... www.dafont.com - I once found a couple of good ones there.
And search google for "FREE TrueTypeFonts". ANd maybe add the name of the font.

there ok for starting try adding a render into it then try blending the render back into the sigs .. start with a base colour not black - Black is a bad colour to use it either looks great or crap .. soo use like white with red or summin and find a cool render dont put text on it till your pleased with the sig .. and also when you add the render do it on a new layer soo its not all on the background otherwise if you do summin wrong you gotta start again if it dont take it back enough ..

a render is a image like a person from a game or a character from tv .. a picture of summin .. with your own work as well
