hi there my heads frying helpppppppppp

i have my server on my old computer with all the files , i transfered them all across to my new computer and everything looked ok , but ..
when i open up the server and try to log in on another computer (lets say a laptop ) i cant seem to get past ok screen any reason why ???
i have been banging my head against the wall trying to figure it out ...

the new computer was a 4 gig ram memory 650 gig hard drive 64 bit machine on windows home premium i have just payed for it to be downgraded to windows xp lost 1 gig of ram and gone down to 32 bit just so i can get my server working i need helpppppppp lol plz as prozac dont seem to numb this pain im going through trying to figure it out lol
any help would be appreciated lol ty

Ok first lets clarify. The server starts ok and you can login on host machine? If so then check your ports are forwarded correct. If you can't login on the host machine then there is usually an IP wrong in this type of situation, triple check all IP's are the same as your HOST machines internal (network) ip!

Screenie of all the gates running? did you edit your sql details correctly?

yes all the stuff is correct i double checked it and still having same problem all i wanted was to move the server from an old comp to a new comp i did it through an external harddrive and changed all ips that needed to be changed and still coming up with same problem

Did you change the IP on the port forwarding? If you changed the Host machine then the Host IP is gonna be differenet isn't it
