I think extending the exp boost to 42 or 44 is fair. But yeah 50 is too much. 50 imo is still a prestigious level and should remain so.

I remember my first violet ring from OrcChampion.
I remember my first titan ring.

On a serious note, why not have the start level on the server at say level 35. Wouldn't this help against griefing noobs also?

A "catch up" to 42 is fine. Anything higher at this stage is silly.

You need more content.

It gets easier for lower level players the later in a server because of market hand me downs.
I was lvl 38 in a lvl 20 weap with coral rings.
Today lvl 38 are in 36 weaps, power rings, gbeads etc.

Its all about moving players on. If oma spirit rings were common because they were not worth gemming die to other obtainable items then the osr is for sale at a price the noob can afford.

The issue is not that they cant "catch up" its that they cannot progress beyond a certsin point because the server is at a stand still "end game"

The plans already mentioned, more items and more caves will resolve this.

Getting 10m exp after a 12 hour shift is not something I feel like trying.
I know it looks like I want everything for nothing but thats not what my post is about.
I'm happy to put the hours in as long as I feel I'm getting somewhere.

Yes players have put a lot of time into this server to get high level and good kits. And they have reaped the benefits from doing this. These players will continue to be the top dogs of the server, even with a catch up, because they put the hours in.
They are the first to get into new content, the first to get drops from New content and the first to profit from it. This keeps them at the top and that is why they do it. They also have their pick of bosses.

Babyhack hit the nail on the head, every MMO needs to make it easier for new players at some point, why not now?
I understand that some high level players may hate New players getting more exp and leveling faster than they did but that is how MMO games keep new players and move on.

My post is mostly about creating a sense of achievement that all MMOs have and need to keep players interested and excited about the game.
For instance, if you play for 2 weeks and all you have to show for it is lower durability on your kit, what is the chance you would log on for another 2 weeks?
However, if you gem an item, get a level, have something nice drop off a mob or even kill a boss. Your going to be much more likely to keep logging on.

I find it interesting that no GM has said anything about skill leveling. Is there any plans to reduce the amount needed to level them? If not, why not? What is the purpose of making people afk level skills?

One last thing.
Where is the full screen map? It's a lot easier for new players to navigate with it. Any chance of getting it in the game?
