My Mir Error

Hi everyone.

Whenever I play Mir for.. about an hour or so, I get this error, and it kicks me from the server. This happens on all servers I go on.

I was hoping if anyone knows a fix so I can stay in game

be thankful you get it after an hour, my m8s gets it afta 5 mins >.< there is alot of speculation as to what this actualy means....

the official mir website says its down to heavy lag/poor connection i think.

I don't get any lag whatsoever on the servers. So I doubt it is a lag issue, because I get none.

I'm running 576kbps broadband, so it ain't laggy.

my m8 used to have this problem so i installed default 1.4 again, got the mir.exe and the ini files went on server it was fine.... then i started getting the patches again...

So it could be summin in ur data files mucking the game up, or something missing in your ini files....

is this when ur playing other ppls servers or when ur running ur own server offline (127.0.0.1) ??

if its playing other ppls servers then it might be a crappy connection to the server e.g. the server host is doing something on the computer and or is downloading either on that computer or another comp which is networked to it, thus using leaching the bandwidth,

thats my guess anyways im prolly wrong

I heard of several ppl who got this problem on euro mir whenever they accessed WW/ZT server (never on bw or mw server) so Im presuming it must be some IP setting incorrectly written or missing? Connection speed didn't seem to make any difference, some ppl with 56k got it, i got it sometimes on 512k and ppl with 2meg got it, but some people never got it at all regardless of connection.

Alternatively it might have something to do with physical location and distance to the server, if your connection is taking a certain route it may be the fault of neither you or the host but some ISP in the middle somewhere

I've never gotten this error on a private server, as I've never really played long enough.

I'm keep getting this error though, and it's starting to bug me as I lose pets etc. I doubt it is something with the server as this happens on every single server I play on. I've re-installed the client also, still nothing.

Just unlucky I guess

when i had that error ,i reduced the hardware acceleration on my soundcard,or just turn off the sound in Mir ...
