seriously tho, its crap, re-make it and leave it as a bmp, dont convert it to jpg, then delete it cuz it would still suck.

Sorry man but if you thinks that looks good then your name shouldnt be 'Designer'. That effects happening because you have saved it as a low quality JPEG, and it aint a 'GOOD' effect, it looks like ****e.
