Okay since i think i keep gettin spammed heres my log of last night when the INet was going really really slow and timing out.

Any1 have a look at it and see if i am gettin spammed and from what IP.

i can tell its timing the server out because at the top of the log the IP just loged in and its been connected to router all the time.

Yeh it looks like your being flooded from no fixed IP try running a spyware checker and then install any updates.

i setting up windows updates now bud, i think the problem might be in the security of the router, as all the spammer needs to do is dos the router not the computer to crash my internet.
