Added Pet npc for tao and warrior's (get 1 pet each) and added wiz pet npc that lets u buy the pets you can tame)

Teleport system after you killed certain amount of mobs in an area, that area comes unlocked so u can teleport there for a small fee. (this im still working on)

Why dont taos get 2 pets?
And are tao pets stronger than wars?

to be honest the only pet's warriors should have is healers but thats my point of view. make it as a sklil.
