Isn't needed, they're banned. It definitely sounds like a witch hunt, it gives you no benefit at-all. People can change names.

Most people who make a new char to give themselves some anonymity end up telling some people who they are, and the people they didn't want to know find out anyways lol.

No Ta. Euro didn't always have a name and shame. It was one of the gms did that some of the time.
If the names disappear from rankings that should be enough. Their guildys know their mates know that's will do. Let's hope it puts other people off trying.
