But back on topic, I'm far from a hardcore anime fan but still Ghost In The Shell and Naruto are great to watch. If your new to animes I'd definitely suggest you give them a go...

You don't love anime too much if you prefer dubs to subs.

Besides the english version has all the cool violent parts cut out of it like sasukes premonition of his own death in the chuunin exam.

There's alot of episodes... it picks up not too long into it but throughout there are a fair few annoying fillers.

that's why it's nowhere near as good as Bleach. which picks up straight away and delivers every episode bar 2.

With bleach its pretty much safe to skip any episode that contains Don Kanoji after the first 2 appearances of him i think.

Naruto is good, but horribly slow moving at times, it also has an 85 ep filler run from 135 onwards >.< (fillers end febrary tho \o)

didn't outlaw star show on cartoon network 0_o Al tho it rocked my world too. was there a second series i seem to remember it ending without a conclusion or do i need to watch one more episode 26 was the last one i watch i think? FMA FTW makes my nipples hard.

Outlaw star did come to a conclusion on episode 26, although it did technically leave the door open for a sequal, but then you always get that from the feel good "everyone is here ending" obviously I wont say more than that or it = spoilers

I will say that Outlaw Star is the most awesome series I have watched, even if it is only the one set of 26 episodes. There was a rumour o a sequal named "Sword of winds" but at this point in time, it remains a rumour.

im about 10 mins into bleach. I guess it's good, I mean having some mysterious ninja guy slice up a giant clown-faced insect is a pretty good starting point.

Evangelion is still my favourite anime though

Yeh the Hollows are a bit gay looking but i dont think it ruins it, wait till you see a Menos. Plus hollows get fazed out for a bit.

Yeah, I guess. I just like to be disturbed by manga badies, because hollywood monsters are always the same jadded-toothed, slit eyed crap. I like animes that are really creative with their monsters and make them look uncomforting and weird, which is the reason I liked Evangelion so much. I'll keep watching anyway, it seems like a good series

Yeah Hollows are a bit lame... but the various enemies along the way they look alot better =] and.. well are alot better by miles.

But it's the good guys who look the best ;o
