developer applicants need to be qualified in all area's of 2.3 server files.
everything will be organised through a central forum area.

As there are 100's of theese to make, and i havnt the time to do it all myself, i will be doing everything aswell,
must be able to follow a strict plan, idea's are welcome, but wont possibly be implemented, must be able to deal with me telling u ur idea's a bag of ****, i dont want it in my server, and not get arsy about it.
