You would have had to make database backups. This term "rewind" was flawed for ever being used, because its not a rewind. Its just removing the new database and placing an old one. There is no way to set a date or time period for a said "rewind", since its more based on the last time you've backed up your player database.

Thus, to rewind, you would need to replace the current database with the old "backup". If you've never backed up, then you're screwed. No, its not automatic.

Heh I very much doubt SysRestore would back up the database.

To preform a 'rewind' you must have a back up of the databases found in;
\mud2\DBSrv200\FDB
\mud2\Logsrv\IdDB

Looks like your going to have to re-start players lvls and all that if you havent backed up :/

If you wait a bit Solitude is releasing a server command center application and i think that backup is one of the things you can do (see app development post). You can also backup the databases like they say or you can just copy all of the server files for a total rewind (map info etc)
