Need help with my animation!

I made a Animation using ImageReady but It saved as a psd.

How do I make it a GIF so it still work as animation but is a Smaller File?

I will keep a copy of a psd for it so I can alter but I need to make it a GIF.

Reply if you know how to. I have tried changing it's extension. Doesn't work.

goto File - > Save optimized as
