You using the Ledu client? If so then you need to open the L-Weapon.wil in lom image viewer then start counting the weapons (not images) the shape for the first weapon is 100 the next one is 101 etc etc count untill you reach the desired weapon then put the number you got to in the shape. and viola your done.

Try and search for hh8 viewer or Koari's they are much better for rebuilding wils.
