Need item patch

Sum1 released a item patch called MirLegends item patch, i was wondering if any1 has it and could upload it please, thanks.

Someone must have it lol i released it, but mods have deleted the thread for some reason.

I want my client to be as small as possible, + i want it in order, with no doubles thats why i made the item patch :P

Is there no way a mod can get the thread back ? Or find the download link some how ?

Or can sum1 who downloaded it plz reupload it
