Need some help with FRAPS

Installed FRAPS Registered Version (2.6.2 & 2.7.2) on my office PC. Was working fine there. Again installed it at my home PC. This time installation was OK, but when double click FRAPS shortcut / icon nothing happen no pop-up for the program.

Using same version of windows XP at home & office.

Any one got any advice in this matter?
