so as the owner all your doing is drops and spawns?

server teams dont need to be more than 2 people.
more people = more problems its more worthwhile doing that extra bit of work.

none of them were 1 man Teams..... also it gets done way quicker than if u got one person on all the stuff even though it might be Very Very tacky. But there are some advantages if u know all ur team well in real life. I got a 8 man team here is what they do.
Me- Main File editor / Spawns / NPC / Creator thing
Dookie - Items / Drop Files
HolyKnight - Items / Drop Files
Finch - Mobs / Drop Files
JellyMan- Mobs / Drop Files
(There are 2 people on Mobs and items so that when they get bored they can swap around. This makes it quicker and more efficient)
ARKPhoenix - Hosting
Sp1ral - Testing / Drop Files
wiseman - Testing

So not all small teams are better Especially as i know all these in Real Life

it depends really who your teams are, if you have a good team you can have a good server, if you have a crap team you have a crap server. people might not be able to do a full server by themselve hence they ask for a team.

OT: just woundering why some people feel likfe flaming every post? nerly(nerly:P) every post i seen NewBlood reply to on this forum(up coming servers) is a flame. NewBlood if you dont like it so much dont post here, or better dont look.
