far from the truth, user count has actually risen since it was implemented, as there is now a distinctive line between grief play and pking.
if you are a pker, being red shouldn't make any difference to you.
its the people in between who "think" they are pkers that cant cut it.
+ the pking transition changes are not fully complete.

nothing special, we removed the "free pk" you used to get.
as on the private servers we find, players abuse this, as it has little to no effect.
On euro it was'nt classed as a "free pk", it had consequence, curses on weapons and such which nobody cares about in private mir.
killing someone now has consequence again, but this does not effect true pkers.

Server is online as im playing it but the ip is 93.174.136.223 and if you run the autopatcher it would have downloaded that for you
