Neo Puma's Server Starter

Anyone know why im getting this error from neo puma's server starter i have the mcwinsck.osk file the error says :
"System Error &h8007007e (-2147024770). The Specified module could not be found "

i dunno why it dont work but for some strange it work when i put the 3 server starter files (exe . mswinsck , config) on desktop the open perfect

they need to all be in the same folder i think,

they are all in the same folder with the server files

I've never heard of this error before, but they all got to be in the same folder (the exe, config - mswinsck.ocx should be in system32). By the way, When do you get this error?

i had already added the mswinsck.ocx files in the system 32 folder and still comming up with same error

The error appears because you have multiple copies of the OCX's registered. This happens because installers like to register copies they store in their program directories.

In order to fix it, download and run this:
http://www.leocrasher.co.uk/downloads/fixVBRUN.bat - changing the location of your windows folder where nessacery.
