Nerf Archers

I never pay much attention to threads to these. The guy who posted this thread and vented his anger hasn't posted since xD

Quite frankly yes this does appear to be the top 5-6 players. Nobody has really identified the reason I am "Crying" as you put it. I honestly don't believe you should be able to hit for 300+ from range doesn't matter what class you are on... You cant compare this to yourenemy he hurts so don't go near him.. With an archer they can lock you from across the screen and 300+ hit. Trauma could probably do a decent hit but it wouldn't be 300+ from 1 single attack.

Not only that as previously mentioned by others, the shield / manoeuvrability is bollocks. You cant have a class that has a shield but can also jump around as much as they can and output so much damage. Either make there shield weaker or lower the manoeuvrability.

And to reply to Aidons post, it doesn't matter if I stack MR/AMC I still get leathered by it. Maybe il try Agil but if Agil blocks/Resists archers damage I don't agree with that they are hitting magic damage not

I feel like the normal member doesn't get listened to on here anyway. Even if you compose a half decent comment. Unless your a part of the clique or post 24/7 on discord your point is disregarded.

I'm not going to lie, I can hit 300 with cursed arrow which is strong I dont disagree, the spell has a massive cooldown to counteract.
Trauma can hit 300+ with Blizzard, Icestorm, not sure what flame disruptor hits to be honest but I know its high. He can also hit 450 + with FF.

Archers are squishy, our weakness is sins and wizzies, I struggle to 1v1 a wizz when i'm in much better kit, and a sin can shadow step behind me and two hit me before I can even cast a spell.

I kind of agree with you, but for different reasons. GMs dont listen to individual players but rather the majority, as if one player is saying something it's probably just an opinion rather than factual. If multiple people are saying it, it becomes more factual rather than an opinion.

HP on this server is low across all classes, but I think that taos feel it the most. I believe they get a shield late game which will make them much stronger.

FML this thread has gone way above some people's heads.. thanks for being honest Aidon. The point you made regarding sins jumping you. If you are quick you can backstep away however a Tao will have to RT rendering them out of the action for a while. But I do also agree some wizz hits are rediculous I think FF should always hit the most being you have to be up close it's sometimes a gamble.. perhaps upping Taos HP pool would balance it out as a whole?

Not really a joke, sins are rocking over 100DC these days so 2 doubleslashes can potentially do 700+ damage (3.75 multiplier I think?) plus the proc thing that hits like a truck (forgot it's name... I'm gunna call it flashy stabby) and tdb poison. If they kill you in 2 hits with Aspeed 8 (2 hits per second ish?) Tai is correct in saying 0.5 secs give or take a few hundred milliseconds. Could be even quicker with backstab!
