Nerfs, Ninja Edits and Poxy dropfiles

not enjoying the ninja edits and buffs to boss's (EC/MTK/BL/DD) have all got noticeably stronger over the last few weeks, yet there dropfiles have been nerfed into oblivion. I have worked out in the last week my guild has killed over 127 boss's (EC/BL/MTK/IZT/DD/ZT), yet have found NOTHING of value. The last thing to drop was a WSB around 10 days or so back (when MTK's dropfile was un-edited). Why is it sub boss's drop better than real boss's? (By subs i mean Khaz/ET/FT tier boss's). I could spend a week hunting boss's and get nothing, or spend a week hunting subs and get many gems/orbs/30 weps/rare skillbooks (AFAIK one sub boss has dropped 3 RARE (FlameField, ProField, PoisonCloud). Makes killing boss's pointless. I am not expecting a rare every kill, but i do expect after weeks of farming to have gained something lol.

All mobs are now euro stats as requested by a large number of players, see the "drop the RZ db" thread.

dropfiles have been nerfed into oblivion.

Drop files have remained the same since the server opened, maybe you are having an unlucky spot... it happens

I believe sub bosses drops are to provide you with the tools you need to do the real bosses... You will get nothing of real value from a sub boss except the rare chance of a book, violet rings/power rings are not rares... Nor are level 30 weapons.

Seems very backwards for subs to drop rare books on chance, but proper boss's not. I knew you would throw the whole 'this is lowrate' thing into the equation lol

ive noticed a marked decrease in drops in the last few days aswell

MonItems folder hasn't been touched since the 12th and that was to add drops to Ghoul2.

I killed loads and load of bosses on Euro and never got a good drop.

It's all about chance.

This, rarest item i had in 5 years was a D Ring...

Yet i knew people who killed exactly same bosses as me and had HA/DSS and 100's of mill.

Used to really piss me off......

My answer:
Keep killing subs all you like for the so called "items of value" (e.g. your 30weps). When somebody goes to kill a boss and gets lucky enough to have a 40+ weapon drop then you will cry about it. Man up and take it on the chin. The hard work will pay off
~ I agree sub's shouldn't drop rare books on chance. Bosses only should drop rare books. ^.^

Mostly minor bug fixes tonight

- Speed Checks adjusted (We'll be keeping out eye on this)
- GreatFireBall fixed
- Mounts now give proper HP when you start riding them
- Weapons no longer break at Dura 0
- Lack of space in Private Messages fixed
- Some small Envir fixes (Couple of teleport issues and MagicRobe in shops)

DropRate has also been increase to x3
More KillChain Quests added - These randomly pop up when you kill Mobs.

Nothing wrong with the drops tbh, we had nothing at all for a while but you just have to keep at it and at some point you might get lucky.

As for the bosses being buffed.. it was needed.

Just the EXP that's really annoyed me.

Level 28 Warrior and I'm leveling faster in OmaCave than I do in BC now.
