network router and server

how would i put my server online with a network router because i put the right IP in the wright files but it dont work is their something that i haveto change or download??

If you're on a router then you forward the ports: 7000 7100 7200 and 3000 to your Local IP e.g 10.0.0.4 And then Using NeoPuma server starter put in ur Global IP and start server it should work then. Although...I'm having trouble with LoopBack Adaptor :S If I disbale it everyone over internet can get on but me and my LAN pcs cant. But If I enable it I can and most on net. but some on net. and my LAN pcs still cant. Anyone know the correct configuration for Loopback??

It's not a good idea to use Microsoft's Loopback Adapter. Avoid it if you can.
