New comp - launcher does nothing

Hi got a new computer downloaded all files and addons off the d/l website but when i open launcher and select play nothing happens any ideas?

Make sure windows is fully up to date, had same issues.

it is up to date whole comp is did that befre down loading game

Have you downloaded all the additional installations you need?

hey yep, all downloaded and even tried running as admin

Done that nothing works. need a comp guy with team veiwer me thinks
