seems i've cause a little arguement :P, anyway urban ill write tht hard drive down and my dad's gona take all the parts i've wrote down and see if he can get them cheaper somewhere in glasgow. and also the I.T manager is gonna build the comp for me ^^

The new motherboard uses PCI-E and the new VC is PCI-E. I honestly can't remember why I chose AGP at the time of the thread, I want to say prices but they havn't changed that much :/

It's just a different port input. A new one. The only reason to get it would be future upgradability to a new video card, maybe in 2 generations.
