Looks as if it converts maps to TMX format along with the TSX file (TileSets) (used for Tiled MapEditor), I personally haven't invested any time in learning java, does look to be missing converting back to .map though.

Not really crystal related. Doesn't look to support crystal .LIB format, or crystals map format.

Its just a very basic map editor for official maps - definitely not as flexible as the current editor we already have.
