Can You rember When You First Played Mir how exciting it was to go around and find new stuff well i was thinking when i translate the names it comes back completly new its totaly different well if i kept those names no one would kno what things were so it would be like starting new going out and exploring instead of knowing where everything is and what it does can i have comments on this please

If your gonna mix it all up - go the whole hog - get as far away from Euromir3 as humanly possible
Get to work on that Map info and mix it up so that nobody has a clue where the hell they are..whiel your at it, mix the mobs right up as well - why not have a few HungrySkeletons mixed in with WoomaElvis and for good meaure demented bats...
Just changing the names is not "new" - its just a different name....Wouldn't it be funny to find the WoomaTaurus is actually on the Ship and ZT live in Skeleton woods

I agree with Xander, it is much more exciting to go around a new server and finding new items all the time. I know they are just different names but it is so much cooler than the original names. I think you should do this

I must say it is a good idea, but if you are going to do this ensure these names encorporate the style of Mir rather than trying to change it. For example:
Incorporating a modern word would make the game appear cheap (even if it isnt), so i suggest you look at somemore oriental and mystical words before jumping into the deep end

Well What I Have Done So Far Is Just A Translating Job e.g. BaseArmor(M) Is Now Garment(M) As That Is What The Translation Gave Back But Once We Are In Game With A Fully Translated DB We Can See What Item Names Are Best Suited If Not We Can Always Change Them
