When you implement it.

Take server down > add sebuk > bring server up for 30mins force start a war for testing > reboot/rewind >open server fully.

30mins of people smashing each other with no concern for kit will give a good idea if its working well for the masses.

I think it would be great to see different stages for defending, for example the first stage would be to defend the front gate, this way the attackers have to actually break the gate to get into the wall, next would be to defend certain key areas and then lastly the palace.. or something similar anyway.. that way it mixes it up a bit rather than holding 1 individual area and it will also make things more tactical and exciting for both teams. Just a thought.

I also like the idea of not dropping from body, if this is introduced then more players will likely fight to the death and would this have an impact on the new points system? also, I don't see why people's own items have any relevance to a Sabuk war, I personally think it's a bit bizarre that you can risk dropping a weap or item that you have worked hard to earn (in some cases) - fair enough dropping from PK or general non sabuk wars, but I don't think items should be dropped from bodies in an actual SW.. it's not like kills are earned through skill or 1v1 situations, its primarily mass killing, outnumbered scenarios and insane lag for most players, which don't get me wrong is fun and what SW is all about but I don't think stealing/gaining items this way is what SW is supposed to be.. just my opinion.

For me, the attackers have nothing to lose, no risk involved.. the risk should ultimately be on the guild defending, they risk losing the benefit of having SW (whatever the Dev team decide that will be)

Points for holding areas would be good.

i.e. Holding the 'courtyard' or the palace or both.

Stages idea is good like I said standing about in the innermost heart of the walled town is the last ditch defence of loyal troops weakened by the attackers strategies. Would be an idea to have a 3 deaths and you cant log in again for 15 min type thing or 5 deaths and you cannot take part any more.

as you say not everyone worked hard(its a game youre playing not working) for their kit and some of the credit card kits do give an advantage as do the credit card skills as does mass recruiting. If you arent willing to drop stuff there's no risk.
Having SW is about bragging rights and kudos - then there has to be risk.
No point in giving the owners too much because if they are the SW holders they are already strong and dont need more advantages.

I was at work whilst writing my previous message so that's probably why i wrote 'working' instead of playing but i think my point is still valid, what about those that genuinely dont ebay or use credit cards or whatever it is you're referring to? I just dont see how dropping body items has any relevance to SW. I agree holding SW is about bragging rights in some cases and this mostly shows between the likes of Team and Forsaken but shouldn't there be more to it than simply 'bragging rights' ? in my opinion there should be more benefits and attraction to holding the wall than bragging rights alone, this could then encourage other guilds to get involved..

Kill count would force guilds to be a little more selective in who they have guilded. Not a bad thing imo.
Agreed it needs to be more than just kill count mind.
