Kill counts are fine as a fun based system, but for SW it needs to be more matter of fact and less exploitable, else the floodgates are set open and the moaning ensues.

I agree - kill counts is a bad idea - it needs to be verified with something else. SO a guild gets a point from a kill of an opposing guild. WHen someone dies fomr a guild - the guild looses that point. Also - only count the kills if within say ~15 levels of each other ?

Again - this is still exploitable - but not as much so.

Kill count isn't such a good idea or ony as part of the system.
I like the idea that only 2 defenders are allowed in palace.
I also likethe idea that once dead you cant return for 3mins second death 7mins 3rd 12mins

Just to stop players getting confused
It is not based off kill count (well not for the normal war at least)

More details will be posted soon

:D Probably objective based holding areas for X amount of time would work best. Glad to hear it's not off kill count as these forums would blow up with complaints of people killing a group of level 1 noobs to get the SW faster.

Goodluck with it though guys, i'm sure the servers really looking forward to it :)

what about those that genuinely dont ebay or use credit cards or whatever it is you're referring to? I just dont see how dropping body items has any relevance to SW.
I agree holding SW is about bragging rights in some cases and this mostly shows between the likes of Team and Forsaken
but shouldn't there be more to it than simply 'bragging rights' ? in my opinion there should be more benefits and attraction to holding the wall.

There are so many pay to win that anyone who doesnt is just cannon fodder and shouldn't wear anything they are afraid of dropping or cannot buy a replacement for ina day or two. This is facing up to the facts.
Other benefits just make the SW guild stronger. Other guilds cannot hope to compete with the ewallets anyway so wont get involved. Why bother when you have very little chance.
Controversial idea
have a bosses killed count as part of the contest. Attackin guild has to have killed xxx bosses before can ask for a war or the boss kill count deceases amount of time needed to hold the flag or increases the time attcker need to hold it. or some variation of this.

Why add PvE requirements to a PVP system. And your constant jibs and jives at forsaken are starting to get tiresome now - considering msot of the big guilds seems to be as bad as each other at the moment.

I like the fact tha tyour contributing ideas - but can you keep the trolling of other guilds away from this section please.

Holding Sabuk should have its benefits, such as a gold collecting minion for an hour or two a day. Nothing like Map teleports, items, buffs though.

Really need to get rid of the current system that allows walling, walking through a door to get trapped and subsequently dropped is starting to get boring. This happens everywhere, though not just Sabuk (Eh Forsaken?? :P)

Dear Phawk. According to you and others I speak to ingame and the e wallet thread both the bigger guilds have spent a lot of irl cash on this game. Romanian guilds have a lot of bought characters as have DD. I wasn't even talking about your guild.
I didn't mention names because want to highlight the pay to win aspect of the server which is much more important now than earlier on.

Holding SW is about being seen or thought to be the best guild. Surely this means that they can pve as well as pvp and group fight. What reason can there be for leaving boss kills out of the mix?

All servers of every single online game have people that pay to win. It will never be stopped.

Yes know that BUT generally they aren't mostly all in he same guild/crew/clan/group/family and don't really make too much difference because they are outnumbered by people who can win without. On mir pservers they change the game too much. Not naming names but we all know those servers and we all know who.

I would rather you had commented on adding a pve aspect to the SW calculation H
How about an adjustment of numbers? If Curse10 have 8 players attacking and Wade ST have24 defenders then each Curse10 kill counts for x3

These jibes are getting very tiresome considering a lot of it is pottle, kettle and black.

If you read the replies - kill count will have very little/nothing to do with the new SW setup.

Doesn't stop people selling accounts though, just kills off a market ingame, and competition (we all love to pk for items?)
