I dont really like the purplish colour, and well the BG doesnt go with the image IMO. also i dont like the font.

hmm lookin at it no i like the purple just change the text o.- add a border tooooie:

for starters it needs a border, even if it's only 1 pixel thick black line it needs to be there, or it just looks silly.

the choice of text - hmm somethings wrong with it, it looks like it's been added in paint, alias it and maybe add some subtle glow to it

bit boring, there is a large open space with nothing in it, fill it

but i really like the blend between the character and the background
