hehe im on intense cardio with my routine atm to lower body fat, if i can reduce BF by 10% by december me = happy.

Yes my strengh is up by about 120% atm, im up 2 and a half stone atm, (down half a stone due to end of creatine cycle) i was 10 and a half stone at one point from 16 lol... my arms used to be TINY!!!
