new to game and chars run slow and disconnects

just downloaded the game and once i log in, my character runs like it has bag/body overweight. also i keep getting kicked from the game aswell =/. is there and solutions for this ?

sounds like your computer cant handle the game. This server uses a new 32bit client, so it requires a faster computer

Join the club lol seems the team are happy as 75% of ppl can play but the 25% who cant are low priority =/ been waiting for months to play but ah well lol

There's not much we can do. We have all tested the client on multiple PC's and can't seem to replicate the issue people are having.

whats the point? pretty much every machine on the planet now has directx9 support. If it doesn't, then you should really consider throwing your machine in the bin.

Yep I'm using a laptop using Directx9 right now.

Only problems I have is due to the laptop been really poor so I'm slow... But that's to be expected if you use a poor spec computer.

Seems its the acpi tweak sometimes.(Lol) read the sticky thread. This works better on Win7 though ofc there are those who dispute that. My xp acpi machine has that overweight slow feel the win7 doesn't.

i only asked because win xp cant go above direct x 9 as suggest before maybe the cause.

The files do seem to run smoother on windows 7 and above.

As for the kicking, I would suggest removing any gameboosters or performance increasing software, its most likely you are being caught by our anti cheat software.
