New user login msg.

Searched for this but couldn't find. I've also tried to get this working but unsure of command? ISNEWUSER CHECKNEWUSER? I dunno lol.

So what do i put in Qmanage for a global msg when i new user logs in please?

Got it: ISNEWHUMAN... lol couldnt think!

Think she wants it to say welcome username to server

so it would be <$USERNAME> instead.
