ok ive now made charcters however i am not getting the ok screen after i create a charcter i then click on ok, it then just loads a complete black page.

all the gates are fine and no errors, (im writting this on behalf of my stepbro, hes on his computer trying to sort it out and im on laptop on here so therefore i cant do screenshot)

sounds like a login srv ip prob

check ur ips and if on a router check the ports

not sure what you mean by the router ports.

were doing it using offline ip address

ok is ur sql password set rite in the db server folder or setup txt?

if its offline ip should work
but a pic of the gates would be nice

If you logging in but stopping but not gettin the OK button come up you have obviously got it nearly done. Just take alook through the login srv folder and make sure all the ips are the same as what you have set the ones in the other folders. Dnt think your meant to change the 0.0.0.0 ips too btw. :P Dont hold me to tht though, dont wna look stupid :S

If it was a LoginSrv problem, would (he) really be able to get to char selection?
Sounds like rungate isn't connected to m2server.
Can he email you some screenies? Be easier to see what the problem is.
