No @ Commands or Cnt+D Menu

I have searched through the forum, and seen many questions like this asked, but no answers that work.

I have:
a) checked for GM=0 in CruelDragon.ini and is set to 0
b) have quadruple checked GM name in AdminList.txt which is correct as well.
c) have checked to make sure mirguidebook.txt exists
d)gone over IP addresses for the millionth time
e)kept this server local (127.0.0.1) once these bugs gone I'll put it up.

Symptoms:
No @ commands work GM, or player.
Alt.+D menu doesn't come up either by Alt.+D or by skin button.
No keyboard shortcuts work for @ commands.
Characters won't delete.

System
Intel Server board 4x xenon processors.
4 gig mem
1 500 mb IDE hd
1 SCSI hotswap 1.5 TB drive
4 SCSI hotswap 500 mb drives
Windows XP
SQL 2000
Apache Server

Any Ideas are welcome, I have searched over every file in Mud3 and SQL Looking for an excuse for this. Have searched and studied forums as well and will continue to do so and will edit if I find anything I haven't yet.

Does it show your exp,gold,mon, and drop rate when you log in? As far as GM in crueldragon3.ini, nothing has to be edited. Most of the time, when deleting GM character, it will kick you off the server period as your character was deleted or the screen freezes. This being it's not a working/ edited client. Mirguidebook has nothing to do with GM, that's player side. IP address only has one table for GM IP, that's on Kings database if I'm not mistaken. So your problem is in the Mud3 side m8.

No, it doesn't show when you log in as GM and when you log in as Player Char just shows integral. (Both just show integral)
