that is a bit odd, and dangerous lol. if your router config page is able to access outside your own LAN, few things to check
first see in your router settings, if something is enabled to allow remote access change to your router, this would open up a 'web server' to the outside.. closing that might fix your problem. #2 did you setup xxamp properly? can you locally view your AMS? if so.. maybe change the redirection link to the correct folder
if you can't then something is wrong with xamp, make sure you installed apache from xxamp, and its running. try those 2 things first

only I can enter, i asked to a friend and his explorer don't show anything to him

to enter to my AMS, i must type my LAN IP or 127.0.0.1 or localhost

to enter to my router config, i can type my router IP, or the NO-IP direction, or my Public IP.

first see in your router settings, if something is enabled to allow remote access change to your router, this would open up a 'web server' to the outside.. closing that might fix your problem.

i hadn't see anything that seems that

...

thx!

Your router does not support Loop Back addressing - which means that when somebody from Outside puts your WAN IP / NO-IP, they get the web server but when you put your WAN IP in there, you get your Router, which is the config Page. This also means that if you try and play MIr3 yourself inside your Lan on your No-IP Address, it wont connect....

My router is a comtrend model ct536+

when I go to http://www.canyouseeme.org/, and check port 80, it says that's open, and also if I try to open it, router says that it's also in use for web server=>that's OK, not?

other thing: when I check ports 25, 7000, 7100 and 7200, it says that they're closed...
