no mobs atacking!

ok got me server ever thing is cool but for sum reason when i spawn mobs as a gm they dont atck me ?
how can i fix this and i have no db commander as it does not work on my computer how can i fix this?

in the Mongen.txt file make sure the map name is fully in capitals
