noob gif question

I have looked on some of them tutorial sites and it just has adding effects, all I want to do is string several images together. I just need to know what program to use and how its done, I have photoshop cs2 but if theres anything better for gifs then i'll download it. I know this is really simple stuff but i've never done it before so have no idea where to start.

m8 go to www.downloads.com and then put in there Easy Gif Animator and down load the 1 thats currently "version 4" and use the 20 day trial. as soon as i can find a keygen or crack for it i will post it up
