Delete everyone that hasn't logged on in the last week/month as part of the campaign to get ppl back.
The best thing about that guild is that ppl can make hunt buddys get groups going.
ALternative way to boost noobs is to give noobie guild members the boost rather than caves and boot them at 33.
This was a system on a couple servers.
It allows mates in game to power level them easier if they have any. Though I was surprised at start of server how many people hadn't played mir for years and didn't know anyone any more.
