not ready...? help fast plz

my probleam is that when i try to start the server every thing starts up fine but the m2server it says ip not ready
but i have done every thing at least i think so that are in the guides i have a pic just follow the link

ive tryed replaceing the database but still dint work by the way my logdatasrv.exe dosent open but gives no erorrs and i dont the sql server ethier some one help fast thanks

This happens when some of your paths aren't correct or ips.. check them again.. use search function it helps alot.

ive cheacked every singe file and reyped the info and it still doersnt work is there any other thaing that can be wong thanks


p.s. i havbe a router mabye i didnt enable all ports or some thing
