NPC command to change players lvl?????

Just wondering if there is such a npc command to do such a thing..

I think I heard there is an NPC command to give a set amount of EXP, but I could be mistaking Mir with Ragnarok Online. ^_^

Oh, i was just thinking of a real cool new class which could be added to the game.

But need a npc to lvl someone up. WOuld just have to make it spawn high exp mobs :/

Actually i heard of a prgoram that makes mobs speak and allows GM commands in NPCs do a search im sure youll find it
