NPC help PLS!!

i want my pc to give a start kit to ppl that click on it.. a npc that checks jobs, gender. and only does it once... atm i've got this far.. but cant seam to get ne futher.. lease hlep its givin me brain ache!!

what he wanted was a npc wich had a thing like teleports, buy\sell, repair and that but so wen u click the npc for the first time it gives u items and then after u hav had ur items it makes u goto the next part where u hav teleports and all that :P
