Heroes npc skins

how do i use npc.wil and npc2.wil? when im making npcs in npcs.txt 0 is the only skin that works and thats the old administrator, so its not using the wils for the npc skins.

Use the Merchant.txt not the NPC.txt.. Should be able to change the NPC skin that way.
