Its an app which allows you to view what the NPC text would look like In-Game
(so you dont have to keep loggin in and out to view it)

none of them had viruses according to my scanners.

The second link apart from testing basic scripts, seems to break on anything like a namelist

its hard hard deturmining if the npc text is gunna go out of the box so this makes it SOO useful rather than reloading the npc every time. Maybe u thought this was a npc maker?

Yes, it's just a preview instead of having to go ingame and test it :P
