Tao pet NPC

Could sum1 plz do me a big favour and write a NPC that summon pets for tao when they lvl up from lvl 30 the get oma worrior and then every 10 lvls up to 90 you can put any mob u want them to spawn i will change wen u have finished. So when a tao reaches lvl 30 they can spawn upto 2 mobs off the tao pet NPC. Or could sum1 plz tell me or teach me how to make this NPC plz?
