i currently have NTL BroadBand (1meg) an i think well im pretty sure its cable connection.
right the problem is that i have just bought a router a lan card an have orderd an payed for my second computer.
but b4 i was reading thru the ntl pack u get with the installation cd an it says that ntl doesnt support home networking.
does any 1 kno if this is true as i dnt wana open the router ect ect bc if its not i can take them bk an get me cash bk.
i was thinking of connecting the 2 computers togeva an the second cimputer has to connect thru this 1 to use the net if a router dnt work.
does any 1 kno if this is true or not bc AOL said the same thing to us but i managed to get it all workin but then we lost connection with AOL bc we used it to much (wich didnt bother me bc AOL is ****)
if this is possable an u kno it let me kno pls bc i dnt wana lose out on £100 quid i mean the new comp i can sell on for me than i bought it for.
