Right, The Server has been named. Many ideas have been finalised, the work is begining and the legend is coming.

Backed by the Ultimate team of Atomicide and Ipixel, comes the ultiamte in server experiance and improvement.

Welcome to a world were the normal is jsut frankly normal, and the people who go beyond normal, become the most powerful. The comletely revamped and improved 1.9 server will offer the following.

1. The Guild maps: Starting with your basic map, you have to draw up plans for your town. the map will be updated regualarly and you can add various features, some will give your town more defense against attackers, some will allow you more features, give you more options, make shop prices cheaper, and so on. To Make a town, you have to complete a quest and form a guild. The quest will provide you with what you need for the guild, and guilds will be limited ingame so that we dont have loads of sparely populated towns.[See Also - Attacking towns]

2. Sabuk war: Its finally going to have a real use. The sabuk wall wr will provide the sabuk holders with special maps that give higher rates of exp and rare items. So owning it is the best way to get ahead in the game.

3. Higher powers: With the fact you can now level for a lot longer in the game comes the challenge with spells. They will be spaced out slightly more, but also made more powerful to compensate. I will also take one spell from each class and set it as a god spell. These spells come in rings, only one ring will exist for each spell in the server at a time. They will be very very powerful, but the ring will have low durability.

4. Attacking towns: Decided that someone has a temple u would like to raid, perhaps an NPC or feature you want to use. Well your choice is simple, try and break into their town. There are possibilites to get into other towns via secret temnple connections and NPC's, but they are hard, the easiest way is to PK one of their guild members and hope they drop a key to the town. This will leave you open to easily attack the town and raid the rewards.

5. Item Combining: [Concept being worked on] Im looking at making it possible to take 2 items and combine those items into a more powerful one with stats taken of each item. S say you had a DC0-30 Mace and a DC 5-25 attack speed + 1 sword, you could combine them and get an average of the stats giving you a 3-27 attack speed +1 weapon. I May also make it so you can use special stones etc to add extra stats while doing this. This is something i need feedback on.

6. Invasions: GM events always seem a bit too choreogrpahed and predicatable. So to liven things up, certain NPC's and Quest sections, or even just entering a map have a small possibility of trigerring a spawn of mobs somewhere. These invasions will be huge and you will die a lot trying to defend your town. But the rewards (if there are any) will be significantly awesome. (The reason i say *if any* is simply becuase some guilds may not be able to defeat the invading army, in which case a GM will step in and emove the creatures. Winning the Invasion has a 75% chance of giving you a rare item.

7. Expansion: Temples, lands and areas will continually expand as people explore more and more. The server will be run by a small and dedicated team, who i will also ask to play the server as normal players. The reason being as i have found many times, playing the server gives you a good idea of what needs to happen on there. Updates will be done at the very least once a week, to fix bugs and add content.

Ill post more newws as it becomes availble, I would also really really like to hear other peoples input, becuase it will help improve the server. Dont be afraid to tell me your ideas. If you dont want to say them in public, then PM me. But please note: Dont send me your ideas if your going to turn round and constantly say "i was the one that told you that" or similar words, you wont be rewarded for your feature either, ecept for the fact you will understand it better than the rest at first. This isnt an opportunity for you to gain over everyone else, but mroe an opportunity to get what you want out of the server and share the experiance with others.

'Item Combining' sounds very interesting and unique, but then again sounds confusing.

yeah its actually happening, work as begun on the databasing. which is going to take some time to do. The database is being built from the begining, ive got to do all the items that will result fromitem combining and so on. This is gonna take me a few days of decent work to do. (Estimated time is about 4 days)

After that ive got maps to do, with a load of custom maps to be added to the server for various reasons and so on. (Map Estimated time about 4 days)

The mobs database will be increased, adding mobs for all the various reasons, plus invasion bosses, new lords, and things like that. (probably take about 1 day to do)

Then ive got NPC scripting and quests to add, with lots of features and so on to be scripted and tested. (probably 3-4 days)

Next there will be a playtest for selected people, to test all the available features of the server and make sure they work ok. This will include testing items and so on.

Next there will be some more features added, edits will be made and so on (lasting around 2 days)

Another Day of testing to make sure the final features work, and the server should be online.

The start date ive set for the real work to begin is on Tuesday 24th may. The numbers i psoted are the minimum so were looking at about 3 - 4 weeks completion time.

The server should be ready by June 19th.

sounds extemely good mate just might be the server i been waiting for ^_-

June the whatever the **** i posted is the full release date. Timings are extrememly sensitive, cos i can do a ****ing lot whn i want to (or im forced to for lack of anythign else to do)

Work Begins in less than 24 hours, rest assured that im gnna kick some serious ****ing arse to get this online as early as possible.

If it starts looking like its gonna run late, then what ill do is put it online as complete as possible and then release expansion packs as part of a storyline.
