Anyone got any good recommendations for office chairs?

Had a few "gaming style" office chairs before which I've paid a fair bit for and they don't last five minutes.

Kind of like this style, are there any good brands or features I should be looking for?

I'd also like to know, but preferably cheaper than that one :p
Just don't sit on it naked.

Those chairs are pretty good.

I have one that doesn't look like that but it has the same features like the adjustable lumbar support, 4d armrest, etc. Mine doesn't have that mesh fabric seat which I think it's better than a regular cushion seat.

I think a coworker bought this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0D86NHRT1?th=1 which is basically the same thing without the alien look.

When I moved up t'north I brought one second hand off Facebook market, which was alright for £15 odd, after some rooms were decorated I nabbed myself new chairs and like you didn't want another "gaming style"

I grabbed two, (prices are when I bought them over 2 years ago)

1. ErgoChair Pro from https://www.autonomous.ai/ £454.86 odd, (paid a lot less.)

2. Secretlab TITAN Evo XL from https://secretlab.co.uk/ £513 at the time.

The plan was to use the Ergo and keep the "gaming style" one for whoever needed it, Misses/Son whatever, turned out the Titan was the best chair I've ever brought or sat on, even now I feel more comfy on it than the sofa haha, I've had a fair few over the years, AK Racing, DX Racer, even sat in some "non" branded ones, and the Titan, is so much better.

Autonomous even offers a returns policy. I was going to send that back and buy another Titan, but they offered a 30% discount if I kept it, which made it fairly cheap, so I did that, haha. The Titan is the main one. If it broke right now, I'd buy the same one I wouldn't even check to see if there is better out there.

There are very few things I won't skimp on, Sauces, Pillows and Chairs, what's the point if you are uncomfortable, you might as well sit on the cheapest one you can buy on Facebook.

At the time I even looked at 2nd hand Herman Miller Aeron which is meant to be the best but sells 2nd hand on eBay and such for £300-£400, (mental right) I wouldn't mind trying one, one day!

I bought this one Link back in January when it was a new release and had zero review but it sounded and looked very sturdy which is what I wanted I'm not a fan of the ones with flimsy looking arm rests, plastic legs, or god forbid the idiots who have the back being held in place by plastic arm rests they always feel cheap and like there going to fall to pieces the moment you lean back in them. Lucky for me I've yet to experience this.

Anyway if your looking at getting a chair for around £100 this one seems fine one month in and well I am way below the 400lb weight limit I'd assume it could do 250+ no problem except in maybe the leg rest. Problem is if you get a dodgy one like the bad review on there shows but thats the risk you take when buying from anyone that doesn't hand craft **** or check its quality before boxing and shipping which is probably like 99% of the stuff we all buy today.

Thanks for all the replies.

The Ergo Chair pro is more than likely the one I'm going to go for, pricey but if it lasts longer than a few years definitely worth it for how much time I spend sitting at the desk lol.
