Old Data ?

OK, now i kno how 2 get onto p servers and stuff, but a while ago, i did a stupid thing !!

i used mir 1.6 and then 1.7 data for my private server mir data duh!

so now wen i get onto the login screen etc, its all the wrong colour, pixilated and all wrong.

now i expect i cud delete all my data, install old mir, copy old mir data and use that, then re-install new mir but that wud take a while and im not sure if that wudnt damage anything

so perhaps sum1 cud propose a shorter way of sorting this or if not, a safe way i can get back onto p servers

Just install Mir1.4 into another folder, then you can have 1.4 and 1.7 on your system. Saving you time and you wont have to delete and re-install each time.

ok but how do i install old patch into another folder, wont it just install into my mir directory?

Just delete everything in the folder u use for mir now and reinstall it
