I try to stay on top of the paypal transactions...

But yours has taken extra time due to the following:
- You have not used the automation system that automatically provides you with GG...
- You assume that I know what your in game name is/email address/transaction number is to be able to look up this transaction...

Any additional information you can provide me with to help me find this transaction will be appreciated.

I think a mobile friendly ******** section should be added to the website. Would be handy for ppl who can't or don't wish to use the ingame automated*system.
